When will I receive my order?
Please note that all products are made by order and with lots of love. We appreciate every customer and strive to provide the highest quality clothing by inspecting each product.

In doing so, orders can take 1-10 business days to process after order confirmation unless otherwise stated due to backorder or preorder. All U.S. orders are shipped with USPS or UPS carrier mail that has a standard shipping time of 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated due to shipping delays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your your order has shipped. Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the shipping carrier website.

International shipping time will vary depending on carrier. Please note that shipping during the COVID19 pandemic and during holiday seasons may be delayed.

The health and safety of our customers and teams is our #1 priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to process and ship your order. 

Who do I contact if I have a shipping concern?
If you have a concern with your shipment such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. Please verify the address you provide is accurate before purchasing. We do not reship or refund orders due to wrong address. 

What if my order was returned due to wrong/invalid address?
Any orders that are returned to us by the mail carrier due to "invalid address" or "Undeliverable address" can be reshipped, but you will be subjected to a $7 processing and reshipment Fee. You will have 30 days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us or from the time you state did not receive. After that time your order will be added back to our store inventory and will no longer be available for you to claim.
